I have a passion for the cuisine of Italy and have over the years collected over 150 Italian recipe books, some in the original Italian language.
Most of Italy's cuisine is regionally based on fresh ingredients some of which may not be available outside Italy, so I have learned to adapt.
These pages contain some recipes that I have either enjoyed and reproduced for you, created myself or adapted. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. I add to and change the recipes on a fairly regular basis, so come back once in a while!
